Mohammad Mustafa Hussain
Mohammad Mustafa Hussain, was born and raised in Karachi.
Mustafa started his practice in 1997 as the junior partner of late Mr. K. M. Nadeem, a prominent lawyer of Karachi, in the firm Nadeem & Mustafa Law Associates. In 2003 he established Mohammad Mustafa Hussain & Co. to establish his own practice. His practice includes civil and constitutional litigation, corporate representation, contracts, intellectual properties, etc.
Mustafa represents individuals, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and national/multinational corporations in commercial relationships, contracts, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate control, employment agreements, lease agreements, licenses, etc.
He also provides services as external transactions and litigation counsel for various businesses. In addition to individual and corporate clients, his practice also emphasizes representation of contractors, investors, and owners in various construction and real estate matters.
After earning his B.Com. Degree, he did his LL.B. from University of Karachi in 1991. He left government service in the office of Advocate-General Sindh in 1996 to start his legal practice. He earned his LL.M. Degree from the prestigious S.M. Govt. Law College, Karachi in 2009.
His firm combines law firm experience with efficiency and personal client attention.
